Comments/Details: Lessons and Carols is a service of Christian worship traditionally celebrated during the Advent and Christmas seasons. The story of the fall of humanity, the promise of the Messiah, and the birth of Jesus, is told in nine short scripture readings (or lessons) from Genesis, the prophetic books and the Gospels, interspersed with the singing of Advent and Christmas carols. Lessons and Carols will be presented by the amazing Saint Mary, Mother of God Church Choir and Orchestra, Saint Mary School Choir and Saint Mary Children’s Choir under the direction of our parish fabulous music director, Malena Towers. All are welcome to "Come Home for Christmas at Saint Mary's."
